I have been a CPT for the last 6 years while also having a BS and masters in kinesiology, and am also in the process of finishing my CSCS. I have worked several big box gyms and have been at the same place for the last 3 years. While the pay is okay, I’m sick and tired of having the club take the majority of the money while I am the one doing all of the dirty work. How did yall start building your online coaching program? I am unable to talk to members in my gym about it, as it is means of immediate termination. I also have to be careful with it as I do not want them to think I am undermining their business (we live in a small town). I would love to open this new avenue of my life as an additional stream of revenue, and eventually leave my full time job as a coach for somebody else....
